This was the Dedication of the new high school building at Gaston Christian. We had an outdoor service and prayer for the school. Then went in and toured the new building. Here are some pics of Devan and some of her friends at the school. This first picture is of Devan and one of her best friends McKenzy praying for the school. LOVE these kids!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to look back at these when they are in the high school and see how much they've changed, and not changed. ( I know the date stamp on the camera is wrong)

1st Day of School

Devan is in the THIRD grade!!! We are all very excited (I confess I'm a little sad). She is getting SO grown up!

The Mountains

We love the Mountains! We took Devan and Reid on a trip to the moutains and we all had a blast! We went to Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather mountain, Blowing Rock, Swam, Shopped, Fished, ate ice cream, you name it!

Here is the view from the mile high bridge.This is the mile high bridge. Notice the large bluff at the other side.If you look very closely there is a small figure just over the trees past the people in the foreground. That is ME out on that bluff!!!!!!!!!!
